The owners’ of Parkwater Estate have donated an additional $230,000 to Shire of Augusta Margaret River for the community development of the oval situated on the corner of Sunset Drive and Currawong Street.

Stage 1 - Earthworks & Landscaping

Stage 2 - Reticulation & Playground Equipment 

 Stage 3 - Picnic Shelter & BBQ Facilities

Stage 1- Earthworks & Landscaping. These orignal works were undertaken by the Developers and comprised the earthworks and landscaping of the Public Open Space area.

Stage 2 - Reticulation & Playground Equipment. Stage 2 is now close to completion which features the installation of new playground equipment and reticulation of the grassed area.

Stage 3 - Picnic Shelter & BBQ Facilities. Stage 3 of the approved plan also provides for a high quality picnic shelter and BBQ facilities which are expected to be installed by the Shire in February 2012. Other future proposed Shire works include the installation of football goal posts, cricket nets, basket ball practise court.
